Remodeling magazine's Senior Editor, Stacey Freed's, article Power to the People focuses on Superior Woodcraft's 2011 Locavore~Buy Local event.  The event was organized to raise consumer awareness of the importance of independent businesses and the benefits they provide our communities.  An additional goal was to highlight the economic importance of small business and to help our elected political representatives the understand the current environment facing small business.  Small independent business is the economic engine of our community.  For America to prosper our small businesses must prosper.
